Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How do add-ons work?
Each plan includes a set number of entities and properties. If you need more, simply add them at $2 per entity and $1 per property per month. Add-ons are prorated and can be added or removed at any time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you access to core features for one entity and one property — perfect for getting started. Upgrade anytime as your portfolio grows.
What counts as an "entity"?
An entity is any legal structure you use to hold properties — such as an LLC, trust, or S-Corp. Each entity gets its own financial tracking and reporting.
What is Cost Segmentation?
Cost segmentation (also called cost segregation) accelerates depreciation by reclassifying components of your property into shorter depreciation schedules. It's available as an add-on for Bird Dog, DIY'er, and Mogul plans, and included with Executive.
