Aaron Weikle
Raised in West Virginia, Aaron earned his degree in Computer Science from Shepherd University and his Master's in Software Engineering from WVU.
Aaron began his career by building cutting-edge solutions for the US Federal Government, successfully deploying them for numerous government agencies.
Aaron has a strong background for building successful companies, starting in 2002 when he launched Lost and Found Homes, which he successfully exited in 2006. He also launched API Pro in 2016 and exited in 2017, and Mountain State Software Solutions was launched in 2009 and successfully exited in 2022.
Most recently, Aaron is an avid Real Estate investor in Florida and has also launched an AI company in Brazil to address corporate tax law through Artificial Intelligence. Today he is bringing expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Technology build out to RealBooks.
Sam Primm
A St. Louis native, Sam transitioned from a corporate career in construction equipment sales to full-time real estate investing after discovering his entrepreneurial passion.
Alongside his business partner, Lucas, he built a successful rental portfolio and several real estate companies, including FasterHouse, which buys 250-300 homes annually, and FasterFreedom, a premier real estate education platform with over 2,100 students and 3.5 million social media followers.
His ventures also include property management, real estate rehabs, and a $50 million rental portfolio. Sam is now focused on expanding FasterFreedom through social media and mentorship, helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.
Sam is bringing his expertise in the Real Estate Market and the delivery of education to RealBooks to ensure that not only does the platform deliver the needs of the day to day investor but its an educational journey that helps them to grow.
Lucas Walls
A St. Louis native, Lucas earned a Civil Engineering degree on a scholarship while playing college basketball at Missouri University of Science & Technology.
He began his career as a Pipeline Engineer but transitioned to full-time real estate investing in 2017 after successfully building a rental portfolio with his childhood friend and business partner, Sam Primm.
Together, they founded FasterHouse, which buys 250-300 houses annually, and FasterFreedom, a top real estate education platform with over 2,100 students and 3.5 million social media followers. Their ventures also include property management, real estate rehabs, and a $50 million rental portfolio.

Danny Dauod
Raised in Chicago, Danny developed a passion for both the arts and entrepreneurship, influenced by his CPA father and art teacher mother.
After earning his accounting degree and CPA certificate, he discovered real estate was the perfect blend of his financial expertise and love for creation.
Alongside his wife, Christa, Danny builds one off spec homes and continues to grow his rental portfolio, while raising their now two-year-old daughter, Allis.
